The service was great. Upon arrival, they showed us around and gave us a complementary projector to be able to stream a high school football game happening tonight back home. Everything was great. Thank you so much.
Not sure how many times I have stayed at this property. Whenever I visit Pittsburgh, I automatically end up staying in this property. Excellent staff, always there to help. Front desk extremely courteous and professional. Breakfast is awesome and so is the coffee. The breakfast staff are great too.
The overall experience was well worth it. I enjoyed myself the family had a good time, not too far from the city of Pittsburgh witch was a plus. Really great price.
Our stay on a Friday and Saturday night was convenient and easy. Parking was easy and even at capacity, still close to our room. The location of the hotel was close enough to access the city, but far enough to breathe (and save some money!). The front desk allowed us to check in a couple hours early which was much appreciated. They also had great breakfast and coffee 24/7. Loved our stay! I hate to mention, the worst yet minor detail-how sheer the curtains were and how bright the signs were outside. It felt like daylight at 3am!
I stay at this hotel for 20 days. Room always clean, complementary breakfast and plenty of parking space. The housekeepers; Bobbie Jo, Melissa and Malea are very nice and always willing to help to anything you need. I’ll be coming back for sure.
Bed was comfy, hot water was plenty. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good but I would recommend sticking to earlier time like weekday. Parking out front was not much but plenty on side. Would stay again if in area. Bonus for 24 hour coffee station
We stayed for 4 nights. The room was very clean. 24 hr coffee and tea were amazing. New machine brewed fresh every cup. Breakfast every morning was so good. Every day was something different. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Every day, they refreshed the room and replaced towels and anything we used. I would stay there again for sure.
The staff went above and beyond, from arrival to departure. Karina at the front desk was super friendly and quickly got us checked in. Nicole and Crystal did a fabulous job with housekeeping for our room. Would definitely recommend to anyone
